"We" have developed an online feedback form for Match Officials to share with Clubs after games for them to complete. It is similar to the postal card system that has been in use for many years with a few additional questions. The system has been tested during pre-season and appears to work well.
To use it just get a member of the club to scan the QR code on their phone and this will take them to the form. They fill in the boxes and once completed it comes straight through to the Society where it will be collated. We can then provide personal summaries if people want them.
