A reminder to all our referees that World Rugby has issued some new Law Application Guidelines which are to be implemented for January 2023 onwards.
These fall under the following headings..
Speeding up the game
Water Carriers
Negative Player Action
Player On The Ground
Deliberate Knock-On
There is also one for TMO Protocol but this is not reverent to the community game.
