The 2025 East Midlands Rugby Union Referee Society Annual General Meeting will be held on the evening of Monday 12th April 2025 at 19:15 at Olney Rugby Football Club, East Street, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 4DW.
All members and interested parties are invited to attend.
The letter of Notice has been issued by our Secretary, is available on this website and is copied below.
The annual reports will be added to the website as and when they are received.
Anyone who wishes to nominate a person for election to the Executive should give notice in writing to the Secretary as soon as possible with details of the nominee, the post, the proposer and the seconder.
Anyone who wishes to raise any matter for discussion should give notice in writing to the Secretary as soon as possible so that items can be added to the agenda giving details of the matter raised.

In accordance with the Society Constitution I am required to advise you that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the East Midlands Rugby Union Referees Society will be held at Olney Rugby Football Club, East Street, Olney, Buckinghamshire MK46 4DW on the evening of Monday, 12th April 2025 at 19:15hr. prompt. Refreshments will be served immediately after the AGM and prior to the commencement of the Society Open Meeting at 19: 45hr. A full participation of Members is requested.
